Most YVP events call for casual elegant attire. Blue jeans are not appropriate unless otherwise indicated. If the event is called a “Gala” or similar, evening / cocktail attire is recommended.
We generally provide you with a suggested arrival time if you are booking a private or custom experience. For our ticketed / iconic events, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the event start time, unless otherwise noted.
For our Broadway Insider packages and some other events, you will typically receive your e-ticket(s) 24-48 hours prior to the show. We will keep you updated via call or email. If you are attending an event with us that includes Broadway tickets, we may issue you a paper ticket just before the show, but you will be notified of this in advance. For our Iconic events like Thanksgiving and Tree Lighting you do not need a ticket as we have a guest list, but you will receive specific instructions and any other documents needed to attend in advance of the event via email.
Most of our evening events are geared toward adults, however we can customize programs and experience for families! For our Thanksgiving events, all ages are welcome and high chairs are available. For our Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting events, we do not recommend bringing young children as the festivities begin and end late at night and have adult-focused entertainment.
Absolutely! At YVP, we can work with your budget to create a unique and memorable experience for you and your group. Whether it’s food, art, museums, entertainment, bridal, romantic, corporate or otherwise we can pull it off!
We offer a variety of ticket types for our Iconic events to suit different budgets. For Thanksgiving, at Quality Italian and Marea there are private OUTDOOR viewing areas to watch the parade with perfect views. Additionally, there are a certain number of tables available with windows from which you can see the parade in either a partial or full view (specified on the page). At our 34th Street Private Lounge, there are picture-window INDOOR-ONLY views of the parade. For our Tree Lighting event, every guest will be able to view the Tree from our beautiful loft space above ground level from INDOORS. For all custom and Broadway events, we offer ticket tiers and based on the tier you select we guarantee best in house seating.
For privately curated events, we can absolutely accommodate your needs and if necessary, find specific places for you. For our ticketed consumer events like our Thanksgiving brunches, we can convey your needs to our restaurant partners, but because of the volume of guests we cannot make any guarantees.
We do not advise bringing a stroller to any event as space is limited.

No. The travel savings program is flexible and permits you to use your entire Savings Bank Balance on a single or multiple reservations until your Savings Bank Balance is empty. The amount that you may apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters of your search and the savings available through the hotels and resorts that you choose.
Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your Savings Bank Balance, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.
Yes. You may add multiple codes to your account for additional savings and a larger savings bank.
No. There is no minimum stay required. You can stay for a minimum of 1 night or the maximum nights allowed for that hotel.

Reservations booked on the website cannot be changed or modified once booked, but may be canceled per the terms and conditions. Cancellation policies will vary depending on the hotel or resort you selected. Canceled reservations may incur a cancellation fee.
Yes. A non-activated savings code is fully transferable. Once activated, a savings code cannot be transferred and personal information cannot be changed. The person activating the savings code must be the person traveling or using the service.
